I provide individualized treatment plans informed by evidence-based integrative nutrition, trauma‑informed practice, and weight‑inclusive care.
Eating disorders: Anorexia Nervosa, Binge eating disorder, ARFID, Bulimia, and OSFED.
Disordered eating: those feeling stuck in their relationship with food and body, chronic dieting and weight cycling, emotional eating, feeling disconnected and uninspired by food, over reliance and over consumption of ultra processed food.
Health conditions: PCOS, diabetes and pre-diabetes, elevated cholesterol/triglycerides
