Meet Becca

Hi, I’m Becca Zitella, Registered Dietitian and founder of Grounded Table.

My work is built around the idea of coming back home to your body — remembering the wisdom within and reconnecting to the simple rituals that sustain us: cooking a meal, tending a garden, noticing your breath, or moving with intention.

I specialize in treating eating disorders complicated by mood disorders, trauma, and addiction. I take a person-centered, biopsychosocial–spiritual approach to care, helping each client increase nourishment—physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. Using functional-nutrition principles alongside mentorship in meditation and mindfulness, I offer tailored guidance that honors each person’s unique story and recovery goals.

My experience and training include: lead dietitian in a treatment setting, certified intuitive eating counselor, recovery mentor, yoga teacher, meditation and mindfulness training, community gardener, home cook, intuitive guide, and lifelong learner.

Whether you’re navigating eating disorder recovery, disordered eating, addiction, PCOS, or diabetes, I’m here to support you in rebuilding trust with your body and finding steadiness in your relationship with Self. My hope is that through this process, you rediscover a sense of ritual, a place where nourishment becomes connection, and where you feel more at home within yourself and the world around you.

Come take a seat at the table. I’d love to hear what you think and feel.

With warmth,

Becca
